Hudson Shore Estate is a luxury retreat located in the heart of the Hudson Valley. It is available for private and corporate lodging, retreats, and events - as well as a full range of film, television, and commercial production.
Completely renovated in 2021, this historic mansion features contemporary furnishings and design to complement the home’s original architectural details. Multiple and expansive indoor and outdoor gathering areas are ideal for meetings, presentations, and social events. For overnight guests, the main house offers six spacious bedrooms and an additional two bedroom carriage house apartment is also available. Modern amenities include a chef’s kitchen, gas fireplaces, heated floors, a gym, peloton bike, teak sauna, a brand new pool, fire pit tables, and fully equipped pool house.
Originally constructed in 1891, Hudson Shore Estate has been renamed to honor the years it served as the Hudson Shore Labor School. Founded by Hilda Worthington Smith, the Labor School taught much needed vocational classes to young women and new immigrants and drew its faculty from leading members of Hudson Valley society including Eleanor Roosevelt.
Hudson Shore Estate is located along the Hudson River in West Park, New York - only 90 minutes from Manhattan, 15 minutes from New Paltz, Kingston and Poughkeepsie, and is easily accessible by Amtrak and Metro North.
